The firm was subcontracted to renovate my bathrooms, lay new flooring, update a chimney/fireplace amongst other activities. The workmanship was excellent and their expertise was evident throughout the project. They dealt with a host of ancillary issues due to the age, previous renovations and original construction defects professionally and addressed the issues competently, always demonstrating their knowledge of construction and desire to provide first rate service. We hired Tyrrell Developments to put down some laminate flooring in my mom's basement. Knowing how particular and how much of a neat freak she is we needed someone that could do the job quickly, be neat about it and live up to mom's standards. Well we were very pleased with the work done. Mom smiled the whole time and didn't complain about one thing. Discovered Water Stains and Dripping in various areas and noticed problems progressing over approx.1yr.CalledRyan Tyrrell ,who came ASAP and controlled the problem quickly until Financing could be arranged. Estimates were obtained and we went with the one Ryan suggested.{21 CenturyRoofing} with Tyrrell Dev.doing the Fascia Boards at each end of house. All agreed. Job started 7:45 A.M Completed incl.cleanup by 12:15P.M. Fantastic Performance by all !!!!!!!
