We just learned this item is not available from ANY supplier due to Covid 19 delays
All hepa product is severely delayed and we apologize that our supplier misinformed us of estimated arrival.
**** I would like to update that we have spoken on the phone a couple times since this review and before, we just had very busy phonelines on Friday and did miss several of your calls, however we did speak that evening :)
We are trying our best to keep up with our staff constantly on the phone chasing down product during this worldwide crisis of supply chain vs demand especially in the filtration industry

Thank you for the feedback. We are working on this issue. We have also been in contact with the supplier since the address errors seem to kick in on their end with the shipping software - without any notification to us. On our end we see a successful delivery. The error seems to be more prominent in certain cities including yours. We were happy to solve the issue for you by hiring a private courier at our cost to speed up the corrected delivery.
Mr Chalmers, a full refund will be issued on this order immediately. I do see that the filters were returned to the supplier warehouse and I am truly sorry as we were unaware and not notified and in turn did not notify you. We are addressing this issue as to why we were not notified of return shipment, as it is imperative we know since it was a drop ship, not done through our office on this particular product. Only now that i saw this review was my attention brought to this matter. I did not receive a phone call from you since just before it shipped and although our lines are really busy, every effort is made to return phone calls. Our apologies, we strive to help customers with hard to find filters.
Dishonest despicable and totally untrustworthy
Mr Ed did receive his product. We had explained of a supplier a delay since these were special order items. We truly appreciate the patience, while sometimes we are only as good as our supplier and rely on their estimated time frames. We also issued him a credit towards the order as an apology for the delay
