An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
A great experience all around. The website is wonderful and easy to use. Booking the appointment was a breeze. Was good not to be bound by my estimate of the size of truck needed and that I was not required to pay up front. The men sent were very professional and friendly. They were quick and very thoughtful in doing their job. I would absolutely recommend them to others. Thanks! /10
