Hayco Renovations

My husband and I are very happy with the work that Ian and his team completed on our investment property in downtown Toronto. The work included installing a brand new kitchen and bathroom, replacing closet doors, painting, electrical and other repairs. It was almost a complete overhaul.

It was really important to us to find a contractor that was skilled, honest, and a very good communicator and Ian absolutely checked all these boxes. Ian made a great first impression with his friendly and professional attitude, which he carried through the project. It is clear that he knows his stuff and is a conscientious professional.

The work was delivered on time and on budget.

Ian was very patient with us as clients, and he took the time to explain things to us (we're not handy at all) and also notify us right away of any details that might impact the final cost or look that we were trying to achieve. Another thing we appreciated was that we never felt like we were being "upsold" on any project details. The trades that Ian works with are also professional and skilled. We were especially impressed with the tiler, who did a beautiful job with the bathtub area and the kitchen back-splash, but they all did a fantastic job. We loved the final product and were ultimately able to rent out the property *within hours* of posting it online.

I would recommend Ian and Hayco Renovations, and I look forward to working with Ian in the future for projects that I have in mind for my own home. It was a pleasure!
