Amazing Jeff

North York

First of all, Jeff knows his work inside out. He fix fixed all my plumbing problems in my two bathroom. This includes my two sinks, bathtubs and toilets. He was prompt and worked fast, all the while entertaining with his enthusiastic discussions from science to politics to spirituality to music to sports. In one word, amazing!

Excellent Service!

Jeff was super efficient, courteous, clear, friendly and thorough. He went above and beyond the call of duty even cleaning on his hands and knees around the toilet before he installed the new toilet. Thank you The Great Plumbing Co!

Highly Recommend The Great Plumbing Company

Highly Recommend The Great Plumbing Co.Rating: I had a great experience working with Jeff from The Great Plumbing Co. He arrived promptly for our appointment and quickly diagnosed the issue with my leaky tub & shower cartridge. A previous unlicensed plumber did an incomplete job with the bathtub cartridge installation and just wanted me to renovate the whole bathroom before he can fix the leak. Jeff explained the problems and benefits clearly and provided a detailed estimate for all the repairs and installations. He installed a new toilet I purchased two years ago and a new kitchen faucet-mine was leaking like a shower. He completed the work efficiently and left the workspace clean and tidy. I truly appreciated his professionalism and expertise throughout the process. I would hire The Great Plumbing Co. again for any future needs.

Excellent job - but not cheap

I've used HomeStars a few times before and when I needed a plumber servicing my area, The Great Plumbing Co. was the first one to pop up so I looked at all the great ratings on both here and on Google, so I contacted them.
Jeff was nothing short of superb. He showed up on time, inspected my problem (loose toilet from floor), told me what the problem was and gave me a quote up front. It was more than I thought it would cost, but Jeff is a Master Plumber with decades of experience, and since money isn't a problem with me, I told him to go ahead.
As he proceeded with the work, Jeff and I talked and discovered our mutual love of music, so we talked incessantly about that. Turned out we had a ton in common!. This goes to Jeff's extremely approachable and personable nature. He's not just a great plumber, but a genuinely nice guy as well.
If you live in the GTA, I would highly recommend Jeff and The Great Plumbing Co. You will not be disappointed.

They live up to their name!

I was in desperate need of a plumber- my bathroom sink faucet would not turn off and the more I tried, the greater the amount of water that started coming out from both the front and back of the faucet. I finally put some weights on the handle which temporarily stopped the flow. As we had recently had some bad experiences with a few different plumbers, I turned to Homestars for a recommendation and found The Great Plumbing Company. I was given a 12-3 pm window for arrival and precisely at noon, Jeff came and saved the day! He gave us a few alternatives as his truck was loaded up. What a pleasure to find a knowledgeable and trustworthy plumber! Not only did he replace our tap but he also offered some advice on a few other problems. He made some suggestions for us to check out so that we didnt have to pay for him to do it all. Trustworthy and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with as well!

Bathroom Faucet Replacements.

Jeff is not only a great plumber .... no pun intended. But also very personable and friendly. We chatted quite a bit while he inspected what needed to be done and get me a quote. Toilet and sewer gas issues

My house had a problem with sewer gas and I suspected that the upstairs toilet was responsible as it had been a problem for a while. Jeff found that the toilet wasn't the cause of the smell, but that it did need fixing as it hadn't been securely bolted to the floor. Fixing that problem took some doing as it was difficult to remove the old bolts and add new ones. While he was working on the toilet, he mused that I should check the traps in the basement apartment. Turns out, it was the basement shower trap that was causing the problem. Issues resolved. Thanks Jeff.

Plumbing Leak

This was the second plumbing company we had to try to determine where a leak in our house was coming from. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Once it was found, they were upfront with cost and fixed it with minimal damaged to walls and ceiling. (it was a tricky leak) I would definitely have them back for any plumbing needs and would recommend them to family and friends.
