This is my second time using Jeff's services. He's always very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. I'm happy with the quality of his work and will definitely use his services in the future.

We were extremely impressed with how quick our service was completed! I called the company in the morning and the everything was fixed by late afternoon. Jeff was very courteous and professional in the way he handled the job. He arrived when he said he would and fixed the problem immediately and efficiently.
Would definitely call them again and highly recommend this company!

It was Easter weekend and I heard the sound of water in the next room. When I went in to see why, water was pouring from the ceiling in multiple spots. After stopping the water, I looked through the vent in the ceiling and saw a large hole in the drainage pipe. It was around midnight and I immediately started calling plumbers listed on Homestars. The Great Plumbing Co was one of the few to answer at that time of the night and scheduled someone to come by first thing in the morning. Jeff arrived as scheduled and quickly assessed the situation. He told me he had to go to another job first but would stop by right after to fix my corroded pipe. He explained what had to be done in order to do the job properly and came back to do the work in a timely manner. He also mentioned to me that my washer wasn't vented properly and explained to me a solution to this. I decided to have him fix this as well since he had the time to do it right then. It wasn't long before he completed the second job and was ready to go. I would definitely recommend him to others as he knows his stuff and does the work cleanly and quickly. Thanks Jeff!

Main drain was intermittently working and kitchen drain also not draining. The Great Plumbing Co showed up on time as agreed, diagnosed problems and provided me with an upfront quote.

Booked an appointment on-line and everything was fixed the next day before 3:30 PM. Friendly guy, fast, good work, not super cheap, but I have a feeling you get what you pay for. He snaked the drain, replaced all the PVC pipes below the kitchen sink, put new baskets in the sinks, and totally replaced the working parts in the tank of the toilet in the ensuite bathroom. Highly recommended.

Our kitchen sink stopped draining. Our dishwasher had been needing constant restarts the last several months, now the sink would fill with dirty water and we finally had to bail it out to empty it. Jeff trouble shot, power-snaked in behind the wall to pull up a wad of muck, and rebuilt the damaged lines under the sink. The dishwasher works like a charm now, the sink drains like a champion, the space under the sink is no longer a swamp. Thanks for all of that, Jeff.
The furnace had a layer of water on the floor. Jeff took a look and found a misplaced humidifier line. He reset it and solved the problem.
The basement toilet was constantly gasping. Jeff replaced the parts in the tank and it is now a quiet, trustworthy appliance.
All work was done smoothly, with explanations and no work was started before my informed approval including cost estimates.

On the coldest day, we were able to book Jeff to come see us. He was very professional, and quick to diagnose that the reason our hot water tap wasn’t working was due to a frozen pipe! He took his time to explain to us what needed to be done, and answered every single question we had. He explained what we would need to do if it didn’t thaw, and if it did thaw. We followed his directions and within a few hours had running water! He also offered valuable advice on another issue he noticed with a pipe. He didn’t push more service or money. He knew we could fix it ourselves, and therefore didn’t charge us more than the fee to assess.
