my house is an old townhouse, my drain pipe was not working well for many years.. Last week, it finally blocked, and my basement flooded. i called this company and Jeff came on time, he found the problem, gave me a quote, fair price, and problem solved in 2 days.
now my drain pipe works perfectly well.

in conclusion, really nice work, the service is great, Jeff is a very nice guy, and the price is fair.

Jeff was courteous and on time .
I needed a couple of toto bidets
installed on my existing one piece
toilets. Previously a handyman and his
helper tried the installation and were
unsuccessful . The handyman helper said
this is a 2 man job and the toilet was too heavy.
They said they could not get the fitting to work
because it was leaking and left the washer inside
one of the toilets. And even left one toilet
unbolted. They left me with the fitting and an incomplete
job and no explanations or what I could do.
Jeff arrived., problem solved the case and completed
the job all by himself. He connected everything and tested
everything to make sure it worked properly,
Apparently the handyman overtigthened a nut that caused
the plastic thread to unravel and in doing so ruined the seal
so it leaked! Jeff had to replace a part of the toilet apparatus
to get it to work properly. Jeff was able to finish the job quickly
Anyway works great now
Remember to get the right person to do the job.
A two man job can be done by one smart and good
plumber!

Jeff was referred to us after our shower completely malfunctioned. He had to come twice, the first to turn the shower off and the second to replace the parts. Both times he was on time, gave great advice and got the job done quickly. It is evident that he takes a lot of pride in his work. All around terrific experience.
