Kelk Inspections was professional and thorough in every way. Kelk worked hard to provide us with a detailed understanding of the property we were intending to purchase. They were thorough while at the site, taking pictures and explaining issues every step along the way. We were provided with a very detailed 150 page report of the inspection, which outlined all issues or concerns that we might want to address. Photographs and diagrams were also added for clarification. Kelk Inspections helped put our mind at ease when purchasing our new home.
