Stephen was very thorough in doing the home inspection for our new home. He walked us through the whole house and explained everything in detail. The inspection report is very easy to understand and any issues were brought to our attention. The report shows very clearly which issues need to be addressed right away, and those that can wait. There is also a lot of very helpful maintenance suggestions and tips. I have had a number of home inspections done, and many times I have felt like it has been a waste of my time and money, but the service that Stephen provided was reasonably priced and extremely useful.
