Raphael is the owner of this small company. I have had 2 large projects executed by him and I can say I am in a position to provide an unbiased review.
He is prompt hard working and concentrating on the job at hand. From start to finish he is not only supervising but doing most tasks himself, especially crucial ones on his own not delegating to his assistants. Excellent attention to detail and very best execution is the norm in the project. He provides quotes and sticks to them. He always keeps good communication and is open to changes or suggestions. Total honesty!

Mr. Serrano is "the Golden Look Tiles and Masonry company" himself. He does all work by himself with assistants and he personally does and oversees all aspects of the project. He is absolutely trustworthy, starts the project when agreed upon and works until the work is done satisfactorily.
His work ethic is superb and he has worked with me along the project willing to make changes if necessary and if structurally possible.
Written contract is agreed upon by himself and the customer and the terms are adhered to. He is impeccably honest and looks after all aspects of the project, technically immaculate, precise and takes time to make sure it is done to perfection.
I recommended him to friends and my neighbors and have pleasure to recommend him on this platform.
Come springtime he will return to work on other aspects of home reno - driveway and front landscaping requiring concrete, masonry work.

Raphael Serrano is the owner and has pride of workmanship. He arrived on time...stuck to the price...worked quickly but professionally. He cleaned up as if nothing had been done. It was labour intensive and he worked until the job was done. He consulted us about just how we wanted it done...the results were fantastic. We had been concerned about removing cracked bricks but we had no need to worry. It looks just like it did when the original bricks were laid. We can highly recommend him without hesitation. JOB WELL DONE!
