Ridgeline Homes

We hired Ridgeline Homes after a referral from a friend. Our need was for structural repairs to our bathroom floor and cosmetic improvements in the process. Josh Giesbrecht was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. His professionalism and attention to detail took all the fears we had with respect to the structural repairs and his design / decor suggestions were excellent. He regularly kept us updated on the status of the project, and finished on budget and a couple days early. Best of all is he recognized that we had to live in the house while he was working and kept the area clean and safe at all times. The bathroom looks great and we plan to have Josh back to do some flooring in the near future.

We discovered shortly after purchasing our home that our basement lacked sufficient insulation. Our basement came with barn-board walls and we lacked the budget to both insulate and put up drywall. Josh (owner of Ridgeline Homes) showed flexibility and was able to save most of the barnboard all the while framing new walls and adding new insulation to our basement. Josh put the barn-board back up after installing the insulation.

He showed up on time, finished the job in a timely manner and came in on quote. We felt like Josh was open and honest with us in all communication throughout the entire process.

* I should also note that the cost included the replacement of 4 large basement windows as well, which was subcontracted out. We were also happy with the quality of the window installation.
