Working with Josh and his crew was wonderful right from the design and concept stage. They all were hardworking, did excellent work, courteous and on time. The results were awesome. When the City and Electrical Inspector's came - they both asked me who my contractor was and when I advised Josh from Ridgeline they both commented "You are working with the best. I see lots of renovations and with Josh, there is never a problem - always done right the first time!" I was so happy and confident throughout the construction with these reports. Very, very pleased and highly recommend Ridgeline Homes.

We couldn't be happier with the job that Josh, Wilf and the rest of the the Ridgeline team did on our now forever-home. Josh led us through the design process, including the creation of plans from a recommended engineer, and securing of building permits from the City.

Ridgeline finished the job on-time and on-budget, while far exceeding our expectations in terms of workmanship, top of the line finishes, professionalism and customer service. Our job included a complete gutting of the second storey of our home, which had two bedrooms with slanted ceilings. Ridgeline ripped out a section of the roof and framed-in and finished a new cross gable roofline. This resulted in increased headroom and two additional rooms (now 3 bedrooms and one bath). The job also included re-enforcing the entire second storey with new floor joists, new hardwood, HVAC, electrical, roughed-in plumbing, new doors, baseboards, shoe moulding, window and door frames. The new and exiting gables were finished with Hardie Board material.

Josh's team was incredible in all facets of the job, bus especially in finished carpentry. The new finishes on the second storey match the original finishes on the main floor of our 1930s Craftsman perfectly. We are so happy with the craftmasnship and eye for detail exhibited by the Ridgeline team.

Ridgeline went above and beyond on several occasions. Working on an older home can be a difficult task, but Ridgeline was always ready with a creative solution that was executed perfectly. Our minds were at ease knowing that Josh and his team could solve any problem that came their way. We truly could not be happier with the work the Ridgeline has done. I work in the building industry and chose Ridgeline because of their excellent reputation of performing quality work and being professional and courteous to deal with. I would highly recommend Ridgeline for any sized job, including new builds. We would certainly use Ridgeline again.

Josh was very professional. He set expectations early, and met both the budget and timelines he committed to. We have been very pleased with the work of him and his team.

We secured Josh, of Ridgeline Homes (as a result of a referral from The Landing Company) for our renovation, which included our main floor, kitchen and two bathrooms. Josh’s quality workmanship is evident throughout. We are entirely happy with the outcome.

From the outset Josh was personable and presented as competent and experienced. Through the project he was level headed, solution orientated, accommodating and reliable. His integrity, his talent and his attention to detail were prominent throughout. He maintained a very orderly construction site; he competently coordinated the necessary subcontractors, and he continually demonstrated his own talents and skills for a wide range of carpentry and finishing work.

This review is a long time coming since we were away for three month and our minds were on planning our SE Asia vacation. Now that we are home we really appreciate the excellent work Josh put into our home and we can enjoy our renovations. Our kitchen was completely renovated and we are totally pleased with the new kitchen that Josh helped create , especially the new LED lighting he suggested. We got Josh (RidgeLine Homes) from our cabinet maker John (Birchview Custom Cabinetry) whom we used in our previous home. He and Josh worked extremely well together and we are thrilled at the finished product. In addition, we had Josh create and improve other spaces: renovating an ensuite bathroom with wonderful results as well as turn a largely empty bedroom walk in closet into a wonderfully organized "California" style closet with built in shelving all around. "His and Her " sides and loads of storage, as well as add built-in display shelving on either side of our living room fireplace with storage cupboards and a wall mounted TV. Josh did everythlng we asked of him, and conferred with us at every turn. He always cleaned up at the end of every day, and we knew what work was being planned for each day. He is very respectful, and precise and very meticulous in his job.We were very pleased with his pre conferencing about the job and he was very accurate on his quote --No surprises, He put down drop sheet where needed as he worked on the house. I would definitely recommend Ridgeline Homes and owner Josh.for any renovating job in your house. A great Job Josh.

We took on a large kitchen renovation that ended up expanded to most of the main floor of our home. We were very fortunate to be referred to Ridgeline Homes from a cabinet maker that we had used in the past, and who also built our new kitchen cabinets (Birchview Custom Cabinetry). Josh was nothing but professional and proficient from the beginning of the renovation to it’s successful completion. The job was completed on time and on budget, with the exception of some add-ons that we requested during the job. Josh completed much of the work himself, and managed all sub trades in an efficient manner. He took full accountability for any deviations from the design, and remedied any minor concerns that had without hesitation or additional cost. It is a pleasure to deal with a contractor who is honest, stands by his work and whom you don’t have to get into disputes with about every nickel and dime.
Josh went above and beyond the original contract on several occasions helping us with additional odd jobs and tasks throughout the house at a reasonable rate. He also demonstrated great patience as we often struggled making decisions on paint colours and other finishing aspects of the job. Finally, Josh was a pleasure to have in our home on a daily basis over the course of the 5 week renovation. He was always clean, polite and respectful and interacted great with our young children. I give Josh my full recommendation and will be calling on him again for any future renovation needs.

As first-time home owners, my wife and I really had no idea what we were taking on with a complete bathroom renovation, but Ridgeline expertly and meticulously built us the bathroom we were dreaming of! They took a cramped, out-of-date bathroom and made it into something really special. I really appreciated the way that the owner Josh took our ideas seriously and worked hard to create the bathroom we had envisioned, while being able to give great suggestions on how to use the space more effectively. He was always punctual and ready to answer any questions we had. We had a great experience with Ridgeline and would definitely consider them for future projects. We love our bathroom! How could we not give him a ten? Can we give him an eleven?

Ridgeline Homes (Josh Giesbrecht) was recommended to us by our son for whom he did a great bathroom make-over. Josh completed a wonderful renovation for us at our home. He helped us plan a kitchen/dining makeover including opening up a weight-bearing wall, windows, new ceiling, lighting and flooring. High quality ,clean workmanship was completed when he said, on time, and within budget with no surprises! Next job we call Ridgeline Homes again.

My husband had an accident and so we needed to have our house built for wheelchair accessibility . Josh helped us come up with plans and helped us from start to finish .He gave us great ideas with elevator choices to ramps and cabinets and the quality of workmanship is evident. We are very happy with the results.
