York Stucco And Stone

Sandor and Sandor Jr are the absolute best. I contacted them to finish my entire home with stucco and about 300 linear feet of fascia and soffit. The quality of work, craftsmanship, and work ethic are second to none! They are both outstanding professionals and an absolute delight to work with. I was looking for a professional stone and stucco Company to make a beautification on my front house in Markham area.
I called to more than 10 contractors around the GTA and 7 contractors showed up at my home and gave me quotation and explained about the installation of stones, construction sequences, etc.
A few contractors gave me quotation after a weeks and a few of contractors were not technically sound and their technical points were too off.
Fortunately, I am a professional construction engineer and well familiar with technical details of construction as well as construction cost estimate.
After a few weks processing and matrix analysis on cost and technical expertise then I decided to award my project to York Stucco and Stones because; first of all the manager of Company (Mr.Sendor) was very knowledgeable in his work, very friendly and submit a formal quotation a few minutes after site visit and measurement. He showed me all the models of stucco, stones and moldings and the photos of his projects.
His price for completion of project was reasonable and after completion of work, I understood his work is perfect and there are no issues to discuss.
He submitted me a written guarantee on works and I gave him additional stone works at my front side
He was working patiently on all the details of stones and cleaned out the area perfectly after completion of projects. The interesting part was; his educated son was working closely with him and their behavior was appreciable.
I would strongly recommend him to any stone and stucco projects in Canada.

Sandor did the entire front facing of our home. His service was exceptional. Sandor Soltesz came out to our home and provided an estimate. He was very friendly and personable. He was very patient when explaining what he was going to do. Whenever there are different ways of doing things he will describe the options then you make your own decision. He will also make suggestions if you have problems deciding which is the best option. We are very happy with his work. The front of the house was stucco and stone and the rest of the house was stucco.
