I had a new roof installed 3 years ago by another company and since realized that the job was sub-standard. I asked sam from Reliance Exterior Services to analyze the previous job, repair what was immediately required and to prepare a report for future reference. Someone came the very next day, as was promised, and he did a very thorough and detailed job. Very unexpected, very professional and very much appreciated.
