The fir floors in our century home were already past their last legs, but Ky was willing to get one last refinish out of them and help us patch up the worst bits. He was very straightforward to work with, answered questions and concerns promptly and did a very good job, even finishing a day ahead of schedule. We appreciated his confidence in getting the job done well and his policy of taking full payment upon completion of the job.

Fong, that was by far the most worn floor I've ever sanded ... my favorite. There is nothing more rewarding than rescuing a floor that bad. That really was the last time it can ever be sanded though :) All the best.
