I was very pleased in working with Creative Doors when I built my garage. After 7.5 years one of the torsion springs broke (as predicted, normal life span of about 7 years for 4 operation cycles per day) so I contacted the company for service. The replacement torsion springs were not in stock and unsure when they would be available due to COVID, shipping and supply issues. Denise was able to source extended life springs (my preference) from Edmonton and she was able to expedite them to me. It was challenging to source the correct springs (I tried other vendors) but am glad I worked with Denise and the Creative Door people. Repair was completed efficiently and as scheduled. I’m very happy to have worked with Creative Door again and Denise was terrific! Very responsive and prompt in replies to inquiries.

Creative Door was easy to work with and quickly made the repair to my garage door. Knowing that parts are hard to come by lately they were able to have this done in less than 2 weeks from my initial call which I thought was excellent. Friendly service from all involved. Would recommend to others.

On the evening of the first major snow storm in November, one of the tension springs on my insulated double overhead garage door snapped as soon as I closed it. Both vehicles inside and no way to even manually open the door because it probably weighs about 400 pounds! Talk about panic mode. Early the next morning, I called Creative Door pleading my case hoping they could have someone help me out assuming that it might be a couple of days before help arrived. Even though their own computer system had gone down during the night and was still not up and running, Todd went out of his way and assured me that he would do his best to get me out of this pickle same day. True to his word, he had Service Technician Dal here mid-afternoon. Best of all, I was given a 15% discount on both parts and labour for being an AMA Member.
Talk about going above and beyond to help out a customer. Thank you kindly to Todd and Dal for their professionalism. I highly recommend Creative Door.

From the point of sale speaking with John he explained all my questions.
The installation was professionally completed by Phil. Phil explained several points about the door, and he also spent extra time making sure the door was lined up properly. I kept the old door and Phil was very careful stacking up the old door in my yard.
All went very well with the exception of an extra set of springs was forgotten at the warehouse. I drove to the warehouse and picked up the springs myself.
I would definitely recommend this company for your garage door projects.
