Alon came quickly the next day and fixed my garage problem. He was friendly and on time and did a great job. He was knowledgeable and efficient and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone with a garage issue.

Alon was amazing. Came in the same day to repair a broken spring. He quickly assessed the repair and provided a quick quote. He worked efficiently and was pleasant to converse with. Not only did he replace the spring but also recommended a brace to reinforce the top section which had bent slightly from the broken spring. He greased the track and also filled in missing screws in the door from which the builder forgot. He even got on his hands and knees to scrub greese which had spilled on the floor. Fantastic service! Highly recommended! Call them first.

After one of my garage door cables rusted and snapped, Alon responded to my Homestars request to replace all four of the cables across my two garage doors. When I inquired about price, his price for the job was lower than the other quotes I received. Better yet, however, is the fact that after I explained that my electric car was stuck outside (away from the charger inside our garage) he committed to doing the job on the same day, even though he had a very busy, long day. At 7:00 PM, he was still in Mississauga: a good hour away from our home in Newmarket. I offered to let him come the next day, but he held to his original commitment to fix our doors that day. He drove up to Newmarket by 8:30 PM. Alon not only changed out all four cables, but he adjusted our garage door opener, tightened up all the bolts on both doors, and lubricated all the wheels and ballbearings along the tracks. Our garage doors operate like new now. Im very impressed with Alon, and I would recommend him to anybody.

Smart Care responded quickly to my quote request, and we made the appointment for the next morning. Alon showed up on time, and checked the spring and cables. He suggested replacing some of the cables due to rust if I wanted to. I agreed & also decided to replace the 2nd door's spring, even though it wasn't broken, after requesting a quote. When reattaching the garage door opener, he noticed that the hardware on one was damaged and replaced it for a nominal charge. After completing the work, all waste was removed, as if he was never there...except for the fine job done. Would hire in the future.

Alon took the time to explain how the garage door opener works, and to help me set up the app so that I can control and monitor the opener from my phone.
