Assess and Fix backup in washroom

I had a back up in my washroom and could not figure out or fix the problem. I called Mr.Rooter and had fairly prompt service.
Robert showed up and assesed the prblem very quickly.
He was very clean and courteous. He explained my problem and the best way to fix it and did not try to cut corners. He also gave some good insite on future possible problems that should be looked at before they turn into an emergency!
Was left confident that problem was fixed well.
