Water in the pipe in my garage caused it to burst. Alex repaired it and provided great information on how to avoid the same problem in the future.
He began by installing the pipe on a slight incline to aid in water drainage. Then he took me to the basement and showed me how to drain the pipe and the little feature on the valve that I wasn't even aware of. He made great suggestions and made sure I understood. He explained very clearly and I haven't forgotten the lesson and I haven't had the same problem again.
