Fortunate Home Inspections

I was his customer 5 years ago and just now i noticed that this building that he assessed is shifting due to soft ground, cracks in the walls, sinking concrete foundation, window frames are separating. This is why i hired a home inspection, because i don't see this kind of stuff. Apparently he doesn't notice this also. So just keep that in mind when you hire this guy. Not impressed with his assessment skills.
