Mervyn is a friendly, personable gentleman, devoted to doing excellent work. What a lift to my spirits gleaming windows has made! To have all the windows sparkling clean, all at the same time - it's like letting in the sunshine, even on a gloomy day. When I found a strip that was not quite clean, he was happy to come back, put up his ladder, and make sure it came up to both our expectations. I found the price to be completely reasonable.
