Cable Tech A/V

We use contractors as often as possible with glowing Homestars reviews. We thought we found another however found out that this was the one time Homestars failed us. Horrible service provided by this company. Never followed through on promises, empty one after the other. Made us feel like our business was of little importance. Instead of taking responsibility for bad service (ie after 3 business days, it's probably good practice to call back a customer) the owner Jay thought it would be best to tell us to use a more expensive competitor. You should use a company that values your service. There are many alternative options available. You get what you pay for and I would stay clear of Cable-Tech A/V. Do not recommend.

Jay is extemely helpful, friendly and easy to speak/work with... I used his service in our old house and now our new house. HIGHLY recommend him and his company!! He installed/provided our 3 TV systems with cable/apple TV and Sound system

Jay is the man pure and simple. Came out for a complimentary site check. Returned and did a phenomenal job mounting my new television, hiding all wires, even installing a dimmer system in the basement. Quick, clean, friendly and helpful. Can't say enough about the service would highly recommend. Will definitely be using again for my next project.

I'm in the real estate profession and Jay was referred to me by a client. As with any new system we had a couple of minor issues and Jay answered our e-mails right away (even while on holidays) to help us quickly resolve it. He also came back out to the house free of charge to adjust one item. There are many providers of entertainment systems but not everyone has the patience, expertise, friendly disposition and strong work ethic that Jay does. This company did an outstanding job installing all the wiring and audio visual equipment in our new training facility. This included a complete project for our state-of-the-art indoor cycle room as well as the main gym.

Jay did absolutely great custom work and our family room setup looks great. We have an interesting fireplace setup and had contacted a number of companies to create our vision but many had said the project was too small or were not willing to complete the job whole, only parts of it. Jay came out quickly and and knew exactly what we were looking for, also suggested some things that made the end project even better. From beginning to end we were happy with the process and project.
