We had different jobs done: boiler repair (failed to start up), service of fireplace, duct cleaning, plumbing repairs (replacement of mixers, toilet upgrade,.....). Mike is really good at troubleshooting and investigating issues and does not shy from taking on a challenge.

The owner/plumber Mike replaced my kitchen faucet and replaced all the inside mechanisms toilet tank & did a great job. Fast, friendly, and efficient. It was a positive experience. I've used him in the past and he was good then. If I need a plumber again, and if he's available, I would call for his services without hesitation. That should tell anyone reading this that he is really in demand. The man is a total professional.

Covid times and got outstanding service. Mike video chatted with me to look at my hot water tank and help figure out next steps. We booked an appointment and I texted back to add a toilet which he fit in.

He made sure he was protected with a Star Trek/Wars looking mask which made him sound like he was talking in a submarine. He worked neatly and cleaned up afterwards. He explained everything to me and showed me how to change the water temperature (if needed) and what to do in the future. He also had showed me the problem with the toilet (not level with the floor) and the part needed to fix it.

Mike was fantastic and I highly recommend him.

My kitchen sink got clogged up and after several failed attempts to plunge it myself, I decided to go on Homestars to look for a plumber. It was night time but they responded and quoted quickly, so I was able to get them in to check out the sink the next day. They unclogged it and even tightened my faucet (which was bugging me for awhile). Mike was a pleasure to work with. Thanks again!

Shaul's plumbing and heating performed the replacement within the quoted time frame, on budget, and also helped secure some awesome Fortis rebates so that I saved a bunch of money on an already very reasonable quote. This was in 2015, they've since maintained my furnace and fireplace with annual service calls to ensure everything is in tip top shape. I've also used them for drain scoping pre-renovation, and replacing the plumbing and faucet at my kitchen sink. I would, and do, recommend Shaul's to my friends and family.

Shaul's has done work for me on several occasions over the years. This recent job was to replace my sump pump after my old one died and my basement flooded.
Mike gave me several options to choose from with various price ranges. They installed and improved the situation I had already which is a great peace of mind.

Mike and his helper expertly trouble-shot the leaking pipes inside our walls and ceilings. They worked quickly and efficiently to assess the leaks and fix them, while being very careful and precise, exposing problem areas only where necessary. I have used Shaul’s plumbing before for our exterior water line replacement and the service is always amazing. Highly recommended!

Mike and his team came in and treated our home with care as they worked within our confined vancouver apartment. I really appreciated the extra care they took to have it look better than when they came and the work was quality.

Needed a toilet repair to take out old/stuck ball float. I then added a new water supply line, along with replacing 70 year old water valve at the wall. Mike and Ryan made it look easy. My previous wasted hours at this being factored in. While in the bathroom I also asked for a bit of other work in my bathtub. I was most impressed with the work, along with the explanations of what I should have done, back when. When the little jobs are done with such precision, it gives me confidence to call them back, when time to reno our kitchen. Initial contact by email was responded to quickly. Highly recommended.
