Canada Contractors Group

Shawn and Canada Contractors Group have now moved into Grass and Snow removal under the name Canada Grass and Snow. The same problems you had with him taking money up front and not doing the work has transferred into this line of work also. Avoid this person and this company.

Entered contract Aug.9, 2014 with a $1000 deposit. Promised to start within 2 weeks and complete 3 to 4 days following. Arrived 1 month later. Did one day of work and said he needed $5000 more to purchase the stone. After giving him a total of $6000, he abandoned the job and never returned with the stone. Not returning phone calls, website is down, and upon attending the address on invoice learned from property management the he does not occupy a unit. There is another company there with a similar name but no affiliation to Canada Contractors Group. Prior to getting any money - very pleasant but complete opposite after. Shawn Patrick and Maria Clara have misrepresented themselves. Left exposed wood with the nails still in them from my deck on my lawn and threw dirt on my grass when the bin was full. Did not secure elevated exit (sliding doors). Don't be deceived by his knowledge like I was. Very UNPROFESSIONAL.

I had a patio & fire pit done in my back yard by Canada Contractors Group, The good thing was that they did everything not just the stone work but the installation of the gas line and the ground lights too, I called other companies and some did the stone work but not the gas or the lighting, so I was very happy when this company could do it all, I did ask if they used other contractors they didn't all the work was done by their men. I love the fire pit always wanted one. This company was great to work with.
