Interesting feed back from past customers. Ill be sure to write my opinion when my move is done. I do have to mention that I have had some issues but the very first contact person I had, Courtney W. from the TO office was amazing...she deserves alot of credit...i give her personnaly 8 stars. Worst experience ever. More than a day late for pick up. As soon as I paid ..nobody returns your calls or emails. I am still waiting for my stuff and no one is telling me when I am supposed to get it. The person I first spoke to was amazing...HA..jokes on me...too good to be true. I'm the customer. I am so stressed out and so pissed about this whole situation. I hope everyone reads this and DOES NOT plan their move with Landmark Vanlines. Awful customer service. Will I ever get my stuff???
If anyone hears a really loud scream..that'll be me. Don't believe what they tell you. Maybe they are different with local moves...but cross country...noooooooooo.... worst ever ...and to think of the amount of money given to them for their non services...ugh.
You know the saying: love the service...thousands will know....hate the service...a gazillion will know!!!!!
