I reached out to Robert and his team to conduct some drawings for a legal basement apartment. I must say, the team was extremely professional , compassionate, and patient. It was kind of hard to choose a design from all that was presented to us, but we were able to select (with the guidance of Robert) what worked best with the space. Once the preferred design was chosen, it was sent in to the city for an approval, which came back without any issues. We were very happy that no changes needed to be made. Now we can start on our renovation in the Spring.
