We purchased a home to rent and needed to remove an entry hallway wall and attached archway. The permit required full drawings of the home. Roberto finished the measurements in one business day and the drawings were completed and submitted to the permit office in 10 business days. He was very thorough and responded quickly to questions and concerns I had.

The permit office required an engineer stamp as there was a possible load baring wall. We were warned of this possbility ​in advance and contacted Roberto who then contacted his structural engineer and the issue was resolved quickly and competently at a reasonable cost.

We also ended up installing a bathroom during the renovation and needed the drawings updated to reflect the changes. Our contractor sent Roberto the measurements and he updated our drawings and resubmitted them to the permit office within the week.

It was a good experience all around as it was my first time working with an architect and with the permit office and I had many questions and concerns and I felt supported through the entire process.

We hired Robert to provide drawings for a building permit submission to rebuild a large two storey deck on the front of our house. He was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to calls and emails. He came to our house and took measurements to create as-built drawings and then prepared a set that incorporated some changes we wanted to make during the rebuild for the permit submission. During the permit process Robert was very helpful when we had to deal with the City, including some revisions that were required to satisfy the examiners. All in all we were very satisfied with the experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Robert did drawing for a window to door renovation we had to do in order to put in a deck. His work was done quickly and when we had some issues with the city he was able to quickly make changes that satisfied thier needs for us to get our permit.

Roberto did a great job- it was initially given to someone else and they did not do a good job. Roberto really did the drawings and we week able to present them to the client on a Profesional manner.

Valente CAD Studio helped me with the design of an extension in the front of my house. They got a survey of the house done. They put the survey into Auto CAD, and added the entire house with all the dimensions to it. Then on top of the existing plan and house drawings, they added the proposed extension. They had to get an engineer involved to make sure the structural aspects of the extensions were correct. The proposal got rejected by the city, which was expected. They then helped me with the committee adjustment to get my plans approved. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend them for help plans for renovations/extensions.

We build our Porch without a permit because we rely to our contractor.We contacted Roberto Valente to help us with building permit drawings to legalize existing porch and canopy with Committee of Adjustment.
