Went over and above to make up for previous miscommunication

(Updated Aug. 18/20) After having face-to-face conversation with the owner, it was discovered that there was a break in communication within the company. The owner and a couple employees arrived at the worksite this morning and working to complete a quality job. They're providing service over and above. Very pleased that things worked out with them in the end.
