I was very pleased with the work that Ivan did in terms of shingle repair on my roof after a storm had ripped off several of them. He was prompt, prepared, transparent about the work and costs, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I got in touch with him in the early afternoon; he asked appropriate questions and picked up repair shingles on the way; arrived at my house at the appointed time; and completed the work by 5:00 pm. He was professional, friendly, helpful and informative in all respects, and seemed intent on doing a good job and pleasing me as the customer. I appreciated that very much. Thank you Ivan!
