Fence Posts not complete and falling over
They came out to install about 18 posts. 2 of them were a replacement in our back fence. We had a 16 foot gap and needed 2 posts set in there. They dug about 6 different holes with the machine then told me they couldn't do it - there were too many rocks. I asked "if you can't, who can?" Tony told me to rent an auger and do it myself! I'm a female with no digging or heavy machinery experience... I had someone else came out. They dug in the hole, by hand in a total of 5 minutes - found 1 rock and removed it and set the post. it was unbelievable able how fast they did both posts when Tony and his crew spent half an hour and GAVE UP. it put our whole schedule for getting the fence done off.
They also installed chain link fence posts at the same time and wouldn't do 4 of them that were on too much of a slope for their machine. Again the guys I had to come fix the other posts, put those in in 20 minutes.
The worst part is the quality of the work he has done. The new fence, between us and the neighbor is swaying. It's been about 4 months now and it still moves all over the place when you push on the post. I don't expect this fence to last very long. They also weren't lined up straight. The 3 at the side of the house aren't straight so it's like a zig zag - who does that??
The whole time he was at my property he complained that it was the rockiest yard he's ever seen. I'm in a subdivision in Barrie, and I saw what came out of the holes. It was nothing. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone!

Thanks for reaching out! We love feedback, whether it be positive or negative. I especially like feedback like this so people can read a review and make their own conclusion as to how truthful they think a review is.
After reading your review, it is my conclusion that anyone can write whatever they like without ever being screened or investigated. If this review was screen in my opinion, how can more then one customer take the time out of their busy schedule, write that we do more then what we say we are going to do.
In responds to your statement below, there is no way this is possible. I remember everything about this job because there as been only a couple times a year we run into issues that exceeds the quoted price to drill and set a post. Your statement, "They dug about 6 different holes with the machine then told me they couldn't do it - there were too many rocks. I asked "if you can't, who can?" Tony told me to rent an auger and do it myself! I'm a female with no digging or heavy machinery experience... I had someone else came out. I dug roughly 7 holes in a span of around 20 ft and each time I tried, it was like someone had place a lot of rocks in that area. After trying for some time I recommended to you that a bobcat or another machine needs to be brought in to dig out the rocks and maybe put a sono tube in and then back fill to set post. The quoted price $32.00 would not be covered all of this work. In all my years of drilling post holes, we ran into this issues just a couple times. I had taken photos of this project while working on their site. The only reason why I took these photos is, I only seen so many large rock in one area that we could not drill and set the post a couple times. Due to the fact that you can not upload any photos to add to a companies response, anyone interested in seeing these photo I had taken of this site, please feel free to contact me. I will gladly show you that, my company does not response to a one rock, and a 5 minutes post setting by telling the customer to get a two man auger and do it herself. Not happening!
In response to you next statement, "They also installed chain link fence posts at the same time and wouldn't do 4 of them that were on too much of a slope for their machine," you seem to have left out one very important factory, the work area was full of trees. The four post that you ask me to do, I agree with one issue mention that is
there was on a slope. The issue that you fail to mention is, your slope was in a very heavy wooded area. As mention prior to hire my company, my machine needs 42 inches of working area. It was impossible to get to where you wanted me to put the post with my machine.
As for the rest of your review my response is this. If anyone out there is looking for the quality and strength of a 6x6 post wooden fence, then you should not use a 4x4 post. A 4x4 post gets an 8 inch hole verses 6x6 post gets a 12 hole. In any long run of a 4x4 post fence, you can stand in the middle, push it with one hand and it will sway back and forth somewhat. A 6x6 post surly that will never happen.
