We had the roof replaced about four years ago and noticed we lost some shingles during a wind storm. Called Sam and he sent someone out right away to repair. The job was done quickly and the gentlemen let me know when he started and when he finished and left no evidence that he had even been there. Great work and highly recommend!

They were not just the best but the most efficient and effective. Next day Sam himself came, and did the inspection and even helped with disposing of our construction waste for free.

We were quite pleased with the work done by Açores roofing to re-shingle our house. They were prompt with responses, professional in the quoting process and on-site, and accommodating of changes in our schedule. The crews were friendly and considerate of our property. Sam even went out of his way to come back and help seal some leaky flashing (installed by a previous contractor) around one of our windows.

Sam was referred to me by my brother. He said this guy is Gold. They were called for a roof leak (after they installed new roof), after two additional visits it turns out the fault is not related to the roof but to the Copper chimney from underneath the roof. They nevertheless came to investigate and cared...

I then hired them to remove an old chimney and install an additional bath fan vent and check for any repairs on the roof needed. Sam sent his crew to do the job and then came a week later to make sure everything is perfect.

We were very pleased when Sam from Acores Roofing came out promptly and fixed our leaky skylight. Sam was great. After assessing the situation, he explained what the problem was, and fixed it on the spot. He even did a complete assessment of the roof and pronounced it in good shape. Sam and his team did an incredible job on a new roof, on our brand new house. The roof that was there was 25 years old, with holes and poor ventilation. Sam clearly explained what needed to happen next, provided us with several options, helped us with colour selection, and assisted in ensuring the work would be completed on time. Since this is our first home, we wanted some thing high-quality that would last. We are extremely happy with the quality of our roof.
