We had EcoComfort remove the old insulation and install new insulation upgrading to the new standard depth. All contact with them was prompt, and professional. We were pleased with Arnolds estimate service and price. Scheduling to meet our needs was easy. The three technicians were polite, and communicated well. They got the job done in less time than forecast. Overall, an excellent experience.

I contacted EcoComfort Insulation after reading through the many reviews of their services. I filled in the contact information on their website on a Sunday afternoon and received a response from Arnold that afternoon asking when would be a convenient day and time for a them to visit my home. On the agreed day, Patrick arrived on time and did an inspection of my attic. After the inspection Patrick showed us some photographs of our attic, explained the process and the options available to us - a top up of the existing material or the complete removal of the existing original insulation (done in the 70's), then disinfecting the attic space before the application of the new material. We also have a roof space that is no longer accessible due to a kitchen reno but Patrick told us they could still get to that area by going through the roof from the outside. I was concerned that it would be noticeable afterwards but Patrick assured me it would not be.
After further reading of EcoComfort reviews on Google and Homestars we decided to engage them. We were given a choice of dates for the work to be done. On the day, Greg and his team of Paul and another young man whose name I didn't get, arrived, again on time, to do the work. They were very professional, polite and efficient and completed the work n 4-5 hours with a very minimum of inconvenience to us. We were given photos of the process that showed us the attics before the removal, with the old stuff gone and again after the new insulation had been blown in. I was even invited to take a look through the hole in the roof of the inaccessible attic space before they closed it up.
The team cleaned up to such an extent that the only way you'd know they had been was the sign they left at the curb. There were also multiple options for payment.
It was a pleasure to deal with EcoComfort and I would highly recommend their services if you are considering adding to, or replacing the insulation in your attic.

Arnold came by, went to the attic to assess. Shared a quote, agreed on a date, they came completed the job, cleaned after themselves, got paid and left.
The type of project anyone wants.
(In comparison with many others that came to quote and made it seem as if they were going to re-build the roof).

We were very happy with the service we received from EcoComfort. the evaluator showed up exactly on time, finished quickly, and offered us an installation date within just a few days. He accommodated us when we needed to reschedule, again providing an installation date very quickly. The installers were also prompt, and kept to their promised schedule. They were pleasant fellows to deal with, and cleaned up when they were done. Prompt, pleasant, and businesslike. I would recommend them highly.

Professionalism throughout. Arnold performed the inspection, gave us our quote and guided us throughout a very smooth process. The team did a great job working throughout the day and keeping us updated. The crew cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to deal with. Everyone was on time, worked around our schedule (when we had to pick up the kids) and was a pleasure to work with.

From first contact with Eco Comfort to the finished work, they were efficient and friendly. They showed up when scheduled and were respectful and tidy. We felt they were very reasonably priced.

Overall good service. Added lots of insulation in my attic at a great price. Cleanup afterwards was not so great. Lots of insulation on the floor even after vacuuming. Drywall was damaged by a ladder and not mentioned to me - my wife discovered it and was annoyed.

EcoComfort rep Patrick explained the process in detail including photos of what was to be done. There was only a short wait for availability. Work crew showed up on time, protected stairs and floors and even wall corners, so nothing would get damaged. They replaced a duct that wasnt insulated and trimmed a hatch cover to fit. They competed the job in one day and provided me with pictures. They offered to let me have a look, but it was quite a climb. They cleaned up everything and left both the house and driveway better than they found it. Thank you EcoComfort for doing a excellent job.

I hired EcoComfort Insulation after researching the more labour-intensive option to replace the batting by hand. It was like a mountain range of pink batts in the attic which was honestly a bit terrifying. Patrick sent a crew with a truck which sucked the old, dusty, pink stuff out and blew in new R60+ cellulose. I am so happy I went with this installation method and it was well worth spending the extra money. They job was noisy but very quick and clean up was minimal. My upstairs square footage is 358 sq feet and the attic is smaller than that and the guys were done in less than a day. I had this job done in January the week before having my furnace replaced. On furnace day, it was blisteringly cold but I was toasty with just a space heater in the main bedroom. I am now almost too warm in the summer but the a/c has to work less hard which is great. I am a single, middle-aged woman and felt very comfortable with Patrick and this work crew and have already recommended Eco Comfort to my neighbours.
