Opening pool & weekly maintenance
I hired them for opening my pool and the standard weekly maintenance. A month later, my pool is still not ready for swimming. They requested that I sign a contract & pay upon the opening. Nothing went well. I had requested a new ladder to be ready to install during the pool opening. Denis wanted to make sure that he ordered the best one so he discussed with me whether I would like the regular metal ladder or to upgrade it to a thicker metal. I agreed on the upgrade, however the only metal on this $320.00 ladder is the screws. During the 3 weekly maintenance visit's, Micheal didn't vacuum as the pump wasn't working properly? So the pool was so cloudy he was unable to see the bottom. This was never rectified. The pool cover was NEVER folded up and put away. When I complained that the heater wasn't working Denis thought I didn't seem to understand how to press the button to turn it on! How many times should I have to turn it on? Upwards of 3 times a day? When they opened the pool & left, it was up to me to fill it up & turn it on and put the pool cover away. Nothing was working & the pump was spewing lots of water as it simply needed a new gasket! Simple, but never done. I was assured it would all be fixed, nothing was! Whenever I called the company, it would go straight to voice mail. So disappointing, what a devastating and extremely costly experience. They don't answer call's, good luck if you have an issue on the weekend. They also charged me for supplies that I already had a surplus of, why would I need more!
