I hired this company for their snow removal service. From the very beginning their service turned out to be very unreliable and overall poor quality. Most of the time they didn’t show up after every snowfall and the few times they did show up their service was not done properly. I followed up with the owner very frequently to work out solutions and discuss how their service delivery could be improved. At the beginning the owner was receptive of my phone calls and text messages and sent their crews to clear the snow - long after the snowfall. Unfortunately, as time went by and their service delivery didn’t show signs of improvement. I had to follow up every time there was a snowfall hoping to find the snow on the driveway and walkway had been cleared in the morning as I went to work and took my children to school or in the evening as we all returned to the house ( I have a long trail of text messages and pictures on file). I had to clear the snow most of the time it snowed. The owner ended up no responding or returning my calls or text messages and simply ignoring my attempts to get them to provide the service I hired and paid them for. I do not recommend this company at all and suggest the reader to learn from my experience and consider other alternatives before hiring this company.

We hired primrose 3 years ago for our lawn maintentainence and show removal. So far they been amzing I couldnt ask for more. Thank you primrose for great service we highly recommend primrose

They started off with a great sales pitch but in reality, the workers were inexperienced and hardly showed up. At times they would only work a few hours a day. A week job took about 4 weeks. The owner Fred would barely show up or just show up to drop his staff off and then show up at the end. Workers don't apply logic to their work due to inexperience, cannot cut stones straight and failed to follow simple patterns. I was promised that they would return to fix the job and even repair stones that came loose but now that I've paid in full, they don't return calls or show up when they promised. I would not recommend Primrose for any landscaping activities. Its better to pay a bit more and find reliable contractors instead of a company who over promises and under delivers.

Fred and his crew provide excellent service! I have been with them for 3 years now and my property has been always clean. I highly recommend them to everyone and many of my friends and neighbors have them service.

Great work for the time hired in the winter and summer. Snow removal was done within 24 hours and also did a spring and fall clean up. I have used Primrose for the last 2 years and will use for my other properties as well.

I hired Primrose at the beginning of Feb 2017 planning to start with their job in April.
I purchased the package at $140+tax and $150 for the Spring cleaning + $150 for the fall cleaning. There are three packages available that cost: $140, $165,$190 + tax. The other two, according to my quote and to the web site, feature something else like fertilizer applications, aeration, weeds control for customers that need this; in my case I have another company deputed to do that.
We did an agreement and the owner reviewed it and agree with all the terms.
Mr.Fred is the owner and he started at the end of April 2017 as per our agreement.
According to my knowledge and past experience with other people, he is a good guy and he works with dignity and he knows enough to do his job properly.
The real huge issue is that I saw him only three times on a total of 10 times because he sent a crew with young people totally inadequate to their job and they caused damages to my property like broken landscaping lights and sprinkler heads plus are not familiar at all with the tools and unable to manage the basic things of this job like replace damaged grass with a new grass roll (work paid extra) or cut the grass at the right height. In fact the owner fired these persons, changing the crew two or three times in two months. During this period I was outside to "supervise" these guys avoiding further issues. At the same time he justified his absence telling me that he has had for four times problems related with trucks, like failures and accidents. I complained many times that I was unhappy of this situation and he understood making his apologies because the problem was clearly evident. In the mean time I paid him regularly with my cheque upon invoice. When I was very sick and tired I told him that if he is not able to honour his commitments in terms to respect our agreement then I prefer to cancel the contract looking for another Company. He said that he was available to respect the contract working personally over my place but he asked to increase the monthly rating of $50 for package that foresees his personal presence (he named that VIP package). Never he mentioned this kind of package and there is no evidence on their web site, not even any explanation on the quote. I'm an intellectual honest person but I can not stand up if somebody try to insult my intelligence. This is a big mistake! Nobody can change the rules after the game has started.
Seems to be loud and clear the hidden speculation of this action! I deny any negotiation and I'm writing this review for all the potential customers to be aware to this kind of company. I have all documents in my archive beyond my credibility.

overall, one of the friendliest and most professional groups i have dealt with when it comes to this line of work. from winter snow removal to summer and spring lawn maintenance i have had them for past two years, liked their work enough that i had them do my interlock as well. not changing anytime soon.
