Modern Purair Calgary

We had the Modern Purair team out to our house this week for a long overdue duct cleaning. We had recently moved into our 105 year old house and my allergies were off the charts. I called to make an appointment based on the amazing reviews and I was thoroughly impressed with Bruce and Rory for their level of professionalism, attentional to detail and genuine care and concern for their customer service. Rory removed an almost full 5 gallon bucket of debris and 3 bags full of dust! It was no wonder I could not breathe! I would not hesitate to recommend this company, excellent work!

I was more than pleasantly surprised with the EXCELLENT SERVICE provided by Rory at Modern PURAIR in Calgary. He did a perfect job and worked incredibly hard to make sure that he excelled at what he was there to do. He took approx. 6 hours (2,900 sq. ft home) to clean all of our ducts/vents and systems. Rory was extremely polite, hard-working and very respectful and did an extremely professional job. The disinfectant solution used was all natural and non-toxic which I very much appreciated. He took the time to show me the huge amounts of debris and drywall and other dust that was removed! I am very impressed. This is THE BEST duct cleaning I have ever had done in our home! I highly recommend Rory and Modern PURAIR.

This the second time that I have used PureAir. Each time was after some drywall repair work. I have nothing but good things to say about the quality of work and the professionalism of dealing with the company. As well, I believe that their method of cleaning is far superior to any other type available in the market. I would not hesitate to recommend PureAir to anyone requiring their type of services.

Rory from PURAIR serviced our furnace. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything he did and reviewed all other services they offer. I had extra vents (more than the 15 basic service) and also had the HVAC system sanitized with Benefect. Very pleased with PURAIR service and would not hesitate to recommend Rory and PURAIR.

We purchased a 1979 original home and spent several months renovating the whole thing. The vents had clearly been neglected for years, plus we added to the state of them with renovation mess. Modern PURAIR were a pleasure to deal with and provided a very reasonable quote for all vents and 3 furnaces. They were punctual, professional and efficient. Our technician was very friendly and I felt comfortable having him in my house with myself and my 3 small children and also leaving him alone in the house to do his work. He removed 3 large garbage bags from the vents so we were so thankful that we had only moved in a few days prior to the service!

Rory was extremely courteous and professional and did an excellent job. Proprietary technology they have is outstanding and far better than anyone else in the market. Cost was for furnace, ac unit, 25 vents & dryer vent.

The crew came in to clean three floors of dryer vents and 5 air handling units along with all the ducting. They were courteous of the tenants leaving nothing trailing the hallway, instead finding great ways to keep lines off of the floor and out of the way. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything better than when they came.
