Modern Purair Calgary

We were very pleased to be introduced to Purair by Service Master dealing with the aftermath of a skunk attack. Rory Gilmore and colleague were outstanding and regardless of the reason this is the best service and technology ever received. They will be our go to from this day forward and we recommend then without hestitation. I was gobsmacked by how good they are in this service sector. Bravo.

We recently had a water leak in our house that got into our duct work, we ended up with purair through our insurance company and couldn't be more pleased. Did a great job cleaning and sanitizing our duct work. They were able to work around my small kids and pets with no problem at all to get the job done efficiently. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family and next time I need a duct cleaning they will be who I call.

Furnace duct cleaning was awesome and thorough. They booked quickly and showed up on time. They explained the process and worked hard and we could tell the difference the next day. I would recommend them and rebook them next time. No hidden charges and includes a lot of vents!

I had Rory and the PURAIR team in to clean my furnace vents and than to seal the leaks in the vents using AEROSEAL. The team arrived on time and cleaned all my return and heating vents. It was thorough and everything was replaced with no mess or damage. The team than plugged all my vents and proceeded to set up the system to seal the small holes in my heating duct work.
I couldn't be more pleased with the results. My house had rooms which were continuously cold and there was dust every time the furnace turned on. After the sealing we have a warm house (all rooms) and minimal dust.

I first used Modern PurAir after the 2013 flood and was very pleased with the service. I recently had multiple furnaces cleaned again and was happy with Chad and Rory's customer service. My appointment was originally cancelled due to technician illness but when I asked if anyone else could be sent out they were accommodating. Chad took the time to explain things which made me feel comfortable with the process. Rory was helpful with finding solutions to smell sensitivity to the sanitizer. Thanks guys!

I can not say enough about the excellent service from Purair. They were knowledgeable, professional and very polite. My husband suffered from severe allergies before getting my vents cleaned, almost immediately after Purair came and cleaned our ducks the symptoms vanished. This is our second year choosing Modern PURAIR's service and we wouldn't go with anyone else. We have recommended this company to all of our family and friends here in Calgary.

Just had a new furnace and air condition installed by Distinct Heating and Cooling and the owner of the company highly recommended to get the ducts cleaned by PURAIR. Rory from PURAIR was very professional and left the area very clean and tidy. He showed me all of the junk that was in the air ducts from screws and wood blocks to dog hair and dust. There is a very notable difference in the reduction of dust in the house. Things that would get dusty in a day or two stay clean much longer. They use a very large vacuum with a hepa filter bag that they can wheel to the furnace instead of running a large hose from a truck outside. This means that your door can stay almost completely shut (run an air hose into the house) so pets can't escape and dust and dirt from the outside doesn't come in. I would highly recommend PURAIR and booking online was very straight forward and convenient.

Rory showed up on time and also gave a "heads up" phone call.
He was professional, explained the process and was very efficient. Rory was respectful of our home and took care with his equipment.
