Just had my first experience with this company and from start to finish they were very professional. William came to the appointment on time, he took the time to explain the entire process, and any additional work was always fully explained and quoted accordingly so there were no surprises. Rory attended at our house on request of Inside Restoration. His appearance was very professional as was his company vehicle. He was open and friendly about what he was doing and the procedure. He showed pictures and showed his vacuum cleaner before and after.

Wonderful job. William arrived on time and did a walk through explaining exactly what he was going to do. Took care to insure no damage to floors and baseboards. When the job was completed, he showed me the amount of dust and pet hair that was removed and I must say that I was really surprised at the volume he was able to remove. Outstanding Job!! A little pricey but well worth it. William has the "good enough isn't good enough" attitude and this is reflected in his work. Highly recommended.

Good courteous service. Professional appearance. Cleaned heat ducts and cold air returns as well as electronic filter(air hose cleaning only). Attached large vacuum to cold air plenum to create negative pressure and cleaned ducts with air hose and vibrating head.

Great service! Rory was a pleasure to deal with and explained everything he was doing. They cleaned everything really well - especially after we discovered we'd been completely ripped off by the last company who did it and that our ducts hadn't been done probably in many years.
