I don't have heat 2 weeks ago. Iv'e phoned Tradesman Mechanical to repair my furnace. I'am very pleased to the guy who answered my phoned call and questions and to the tradesman technician who repaired my furnace. He checked my furnace and after 5 minutes he already know whats the issue. He fixed my furnace and now its already warm in our house. and also they gave me $40 dollar off for my furnace repair and that's awesome. I highly recommend Tradesman Mechanical to my friends and family. I will use them again for my hvac needs in the near future. Two thumbs up and I'am very satisfied customer. Thank you very much

Early in May your showroom where your operations manager gave me a very informative demonstration of the Fujitsu Mini Split AC and heating system that you have set up and operating. Ryan provided me the Fujitsu literature, asked me to draw a cottage floor plan of the installation that I was planning, and took time to answer all of my questions. After listening to Ryan's demonstration and reading the Fujitsu support literature, I decided to contract Tradesman Mechanical for the installation. i had also contacted three other well known heating and AC companies regarding similar mini split systems and none of them offered to provide me product literature or demonstration of the system. Ryan's demonstration sealed the deal.
Ryan quoted me a price that was very competitive with a similar mini split system that a friend installed at their cottage and my installation was scheduled late May. Matt and Cory drove out to Falcon Lake, completed a very neat and professional installation, and were great to deal with. Matt also gave me a system demonstration.
Everyone that I dealt with Tradesman was very professional, a pleasure to deal with, and took time to answer any questions that I had. It is very apparent that you conduct your business at Tradesman with priority on customer service and quality of product and installation. Several friends and neighbors have been impressed with this Fujitsu AC system and I have given Tradesman and this Fujitsu system a hearty endorsement. Thank you!

Our furnace not cooling during the summertime, so I called Tradesman Mechanical and spoke with Tracy. She got as much as information she could in order to better identify the problem and book me an appointment ASAP. She send me Mike, the best technician I ever met, he provided service beyond expectation. I highly recommend this company.

I had a 13 year-old furnace that developed a crack in the heat exchanger. As part of my research on whether to repair or replace the furnace, I contacted Tradesman Mechanical. Clarence (a comfort advisor) came to the house within a couple of days. He spent a decent amount of time checking out the furnace, and explaining the different options that were available to me. His advice and knowledge were extremely useful.
I decided to go ahead and get Tradesman to replace my furnace and air-conditioner. Within less than a week, Graeme and Matt (the installers) were at my place (a little early, if you can believe it!). They worked efficiently and quietly. They were always professional and courteous (even with kids looking in on them, and myself asking a bunch of questions). They left the work areas cleaner than when they arrived. They also made sure that the furnace was running properly before they left the first day, even though they ended up working a little bit late.
I would totally recommend this company to anyone looking for service or replacement of their furnace/AC.

Had a 23 year old furnace - it needed replacing.
Decided on the YORK YP9C modulating furnace. Scheduled it and the Tradesman techs came down to install it. Fantastic installation to a fantastic furnace. A year later and it is still GREAT!!!

We had the A/C installed in July 2014 and the furnace maintenance done October 2014. For both visits, the Tradesman employees were knowledgeable and professional. We were very pleased with both visits. We would not hesitate to recommend the company - in fact it we called them because of a recommendation by a friend, who was also pleased with the service.

This is the only company that I would call to service my furnace and air conditioner. The technician (Marquis) was on time, very knowledgeable, polite, pleasant and cleaned up after his inspection.
