Tradesman Mechanical Services

I had Tradesman come out & do their checkup of my furnace before the start of winter as I have done for twenty some years. Work was done efficiently & thoroughly as usual. This company has over the years proved to be efficient and reliable. I never would call anybody else.

Alex showed up wearing a mask within his assigned time slot. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and through. He answered all my questions. Thank you for your good service...

Michael came and fixed our air conditioner. He was efficient and explained all that was needed for the repair as well giving us suggestions to enhance the lifespan of our air conditioner and furnace.

Clarence from Tradesman heating and air conditioning was very helpful on his visit.He took the time to explain the workings and maintenance of our HRV and water heating system. He is quite knowledgeable and efficient at his job.

I've used Tradesman before, so I didn't hesitate to call them up for a new AC install this last summer. They were professional and did a great job.

This week, when an inspector was in for other work, he found a problem with the permit on the work done. He informed me that I would have to pay a large fine, pull a new permit, and get work done: his estimate was over $500.

I called up Tradesman immediately, and within minutes, they apologized, took care of the permit problem (including paying my fine), and booked a visit around my schedule the very next day to fix the issue. I didn't have to push, or ask. And I didn't pay a penny.

You can't ask for better than that. Any company can make an honest mistake, but it takes a top-notch one to immediately take responsibility for an issue, fix it, and pay the fine, without costing you a cent.

Tradesman has gotten a lot of work from my recommendations in the past. This only reaffirms my confidence in them, and I'll be telling this story to anyone who will listen.

Mike is a fantastic service man! Explained clearly what he was going to do and what he couldn't do to keep my ancient gas furnace chugging. No hard sell on getting a new furnace (though mine is well past its best before date) but outlined various options on upgrading. Great service, trustworthy company. Highly recommended.

The guys did a super job, took out old 33 yr old wood/electric furnace. Good tradesmen, neat job, one day done, very courteous and explained everything you needed to know. Highly recommended.

I got them in to service my furnace, AC, and replace the AC condensate pump. The guy was here on time, was extremely thorough, took his time, explained things to me, and most importantly, did an excellent job.

The air conditioner that was so noisy, I thought it needed replacing, is now quiet and cool, and the furnace fan is much quieter too.

When I asked a service guy from a different company about the noisy furnace fan, they said "they get like that" and "might be almost time to think about a new one".

I will definitely be using these guys again.

Called due to ac freezing. Same day service was offered. Repairmen were very courteous and quick. They were upfront about costs before doing any work so there were no surprises. Will definitely go with them in the future for ac and Furnace issues.

One of the coldest winter nights and our furnace stopped working and no heat in the house. A call to Tradesman provided customer care at its finest. Marquis arrived and saved the day...a technician with great knowledge, thorough analysis of the furnace and took the time to explain and answer all questions. He was able to determine the source of the problem and we are still amazed how quickly it was fixed and our "igloo" was back to cozy warm. Many thanks Marquis...you are an asset to the Tradesman team!
