I purchased both flooring and two vanities from Ridgeway. When we installed I discovered 20% surplus product. When I asked to return it I got the run around. This in spite of the quantity being determined by staff using my drawings as reference material. Icontinue to wait for resolution over 4 weeks later. Late delivery of material and blaming problems at supplier as to why they won't take back the unopened boxes of surplus is exhausting. I received three calls last week confirming delivery of vanities only to get a call advising that delivery wasn't included! When I showed up today to pick upvanities they advised that there wasn't anyone at the warehouse! Bottom line? Go to a store that is well run and understands that customers shouldn't qe a victim of a dispute with your supplier. Buyer beware!
