We signed a contract for new hardwood flooring, stairs, doors and trim. The first few days of work were ok ... the new hardwood went in, thanks to the hard work of two men working well into the night. However, the other people on the job ranged from clueless to highly unprofessional (language use). In fact, one of their workers had to borrow tools from other people we had doing work on our house. For a while, they had completely abandoned us, leaving stairs without a handrail (not to code!). After numerous attempts to contact them to finish the job, they finally agreed to send someone over to install the handrail. Communication from that point on was through our lawyer, culminating with the termination of our contract. We had to hire other people to fix/complete their work. What a disappointment they were, especially Carm and Michelle. Have already warned many people about them.
