I started extermination as soon as I saw the first signs on my sheets . The bedbug seem to not be there for the first two months but then they returned. I phoned right away and they came and did their spraying only. Now they had to come 4 more times after that and the dirtied my carpet with the shoes they were wearing so badly and the bugs continued to return. the main person that I phoned was so rude when I told him that they’re not gone and he told me that I was delusional and he’d only treat again if I showed him a live bug. My sheets are stained and my body is bitten. That’s enough.

I requested service for a bat trapped in my walls. I grew up on a farm. I know what a bat in a wall sounds like. Over the phone, Dynamic diagnosed it as mice. Technician comes out and finds mice droppings in attic (who doesn't have mice droppings in attic?). I reiterated, it sounded like a bat. Nope, they treat for mice get their money on the spot. Next day, a bat is flying in the house. After a rude conversation with owner, I negotiate to get $100 back. I was promised the money then yelled at to never phone them again. 8 weeks later, still no refund or returned calls. This guy is short tempered, doesn't listen to what the clients report, and reneges on promises. Worst service in a service industry ever.

I called dynamic too have my cluster fly problem dealt with. I was told it was 2 applications of spray on the interior of my windows amd fogging of the attic. Also a full spray of the exterior of the house. First application went great, didn't have flies or bugs for that matter all summer long in my house. When the tech came too do the second application he said fogging of the attic was too be done every 3 months but he didn't have the equipment because he thought it hadn't been 3 months. It had been 4!! I called too complain about this. Low and behold some of the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. I assume it was the owner who I spoke with, was swearing at me and at one point hung up on me. Once we had a civil conversation he tried too tell me fogging was too be done once a year. I then asked, how come the tech, who's suppose too be educated and certified told me 3 months? He went on a rant that I didn't really care about. In the end they are doing the fogging for a second time. For a company that charges as much as they do, I would not recommend them for any pest control.

Dynamic Pest control treated my residence for ants. My windows were treated when they should not have been and I had not been told that they would be. A film was left all over them. I called Steve to complain about this as we had just spent a great deal to have our windows professionally cleaned. Steve responded immediately and assured me that he would take care of the situation - offering to pay for the windows to be cleaned again. Great company with 100% satisfaction guarantee. I will use Dynamic again and recommend them to others.

My dog was being stung by wasps on our balcony and there seemed to be more than a normal number of wasps. I noticed he was sniffing a spot where two greyish white areas appeared, and I decided to take a look under the balcony. I was shocked to see a massive wasps' nest there--it must have been built very quickly.

I contacted some companies and it seems that most will leave the nest for the customer to remove. I wasn't comfortable with that idea. Dynamic Pest Control offered a more reasonable price and would take the nest with them, and return if there were more problems. They also were able to make a timely service call. The nest was a danger to my dog, me, and my neighbours as well.

David was fearless and removed the nest without being stung! I am happy, relieved, and grateful to Steve and David, who has 45 years of experience removing bees and wasps. I would highly recommend Dynamic Pest Control.

I contacted three companies via the Web for wasp control when I found a nest of particularly aggressive wasps near my front door. One company never returned my request for a quote; another (Orkin), called me with a quote, but then hung up on me when I explained that I was going to get more quotes before booking! The folks at Dynamic were happy to quote the job ($40 LESS than Orkin), they were also helpful, polite, and didn't mind that I was going to get a few more quotes and call them back.

When David arrived to deal with the wasps, he discovered another nest that I hadn't noticed in the eaves above the garage. He had a look around to see if he saw any other wasp activity, and also let me know that he'd come back if I found any more - no extra charges. As it happened, I did find some more wasps hiding out the next week, and true to his word, David came back and sprayed that nest too. Wasp control successful and done.

I would not hesitate to recommend Dynamic Pest Control. If I have any more issues, I will call Dynamic first.
