Kevin and his crew did a fantastic job with our backyard and front walkway. They laid a stone walkway, built a deck, privacy fence, planted a tree, and dug our garden beds and filled them with triple mix.

The crew was professional and completed the job quickly, and within the timeframe promised and on budget – even as we asked for modifications to the original agreed upon. Kevin was always available for questions leading up to the work, during the project, and even once completed.

Kevin took the time to understand our concerns, and completed the work to accommodate. For example, we were concerned about skunks finding spots to hide under the new deck – and Kevin closed the whole thing off to ensure that would not be a problem.

I asked Kevin to look at my existing brick pizza oven which had broken apart after only 3 years of use, originally built by another contractor. Even though this wasn't Kevin's original build, Kevin and his crew took apart what I had and built it up from scratch, giving me exactly what i had wanted in the first place. The attention to detail that both he and his crew exhibited was second to none. I couldn't be happier with the result and would not hesitate to recommend Kevin for any backyard reno. If you are looking for a hard working, honest guy, he's the one to call.

Spoke with Kevin, he doesn't even cover our area but still took the time to find out my issue with the brick work that appears damp surrounding the entrance of my home. He asked for pics and called me immediately to discuss the issue. So impressed that he actually took the time to speak with me and possibly forward my pics to someone that does work in our area!

Kevin built us a deck to maximize the ravine view and minimize the stairs. Installed with glass rail enclosed irregular shaped deck (approx. 300sq ft) with beamless construction above a walk out basement patio (approx. 450sq ft / 10 skids of stone) and 32+ ft of wall. The project was delivered on time and within budget which is amazing considering all the extras that had to be done during construction! The building inspection passed without a hitch. The building inspector liked the stairs built with 4 stringers, the 9 helical piles installed, he liked the extra support for deck and beefed up post support. His comment was: This deck is strong!

Kevin and his Crew were very respectful to all the neighbours and stopped to explain what and why. The neighbours gave us positive feedback saying the crew worked hard and knew what they were doing and enjoyed working together! Celebratory steak BBQ lunch meant that the Crew was comatose after lunch which caused half day work stoppage. Kevin is great to his Crew and said - It’s all good, I’ll pay to end of the day!

This is the second project built for us by Kevin. The first project done 10 years ago was also with a 200% rating was a front patio to improve curb appeal. It was 18 ft diameter circular front patio on 3 levels with a surround sitting wall. When we received comments: This is so inviting! We knew Kevin had hit the curb appeal bullseye! Kevin is an artist!

We would definitely welcome working with Kevin in the future.

Kevin & his crew created a back yard oasis for us around our newly installed pool. As usual the work they did was second to none & right on budget. No surprises no issues no problem giving them the highest of recommendation.
