I purchased a home with damaged roof and soffit. I heard squirrels in the attic, and hoped during the repair they would have left due to the noise. There was one poor squirrel trapped inside after the soffit was sealed up. He was so scared. A-1 Checkmate Wildlife was there within a few hours and allowed for the squirrel to leave on it's own, unharmed. Fast, ethical, peace of mind service.

Louis responded very quickly (on a Sunday even), found the opening and blocked it with a one-way trap, and returned a week later to close the opening permanently. Each night I could hear an animal walking on my roof or possibly in my attic. I had contacted 2 Wildlife companies via their websites at 11:30pm and only Louie from A-1 Checkmate Wildlife returned my call which was the very next morning first thing. I noticed a raccoon on my roof. After that we heard a recurrent noise in the attic. I checked with couple of my friends who had a similar problem and apparently they had a bad experience with some companies in the market and did not recommend them for me. He came on time, well equipped. Checked the roof and then found the site of raccoon entry. He went into the attic and removed 5 babies of the raccon. Fixed a 1 way door for the raccoon to get out and not back in. He put the babies outside the house for the mom to find them later. The next day the raccoon found it's babies and took them away. Louis came back after couple of days to check the work and to be sure the problem was solved. His fees were very reasonable. I feel very satisfied with the work done and the cost of it.
