Miken Home Inspection Services No Longer In Business

Miken offered the best price we could find. The inspection was thorough, we were impressed by it. He did everything, the report was all inclusive. Everyone was impressed with it. We have been living here and haven't discovered any surprises.

My wife did a search on google and found Miken. It was great, he is friendly and knows his stuff. He arrived there early, was already on the roof when we got there. He thought of things that we didn't think of.

My real estate agent recommend the company to me. This was the second house we bought and this inspection was far more thorough and detailed than the other. Mike was amazing. He gave us a written report when finished, I never got that last time. This was a surprise.

He had been a friend of a few years when he opened his business. I engaged him to an inspection. He has state of the art tools that enable him to detect things that those without cannot perform. I have had other inspections done by others but none of the come close to the quality that Mike offered. His priority list on the report gave recommendations as to what should be done immediately to jobs that could wait. I have referred him to many.

Someone very credible recommended Mike to do our inspection. He did not disappoint. He was extremely thorough, we have no regrets having used him. He explains everything, the report was very detailed. He is trustworthy and out to provide a good service.

My realtor suggested we try Mike. He put in a lot of time and effort before doing his report. He recommended some minor things to be done and made suggestions of things to consider doing sometime in the outline. He was friendly to talk to and answered all of our questions. A good experience.

We found him on Google. It went very well. He is extremely thorough. He was waiting for us when we got there. He did things I never imagined while doing the inspection, I was impressed. He checked from top to bottom, appliances, drains, etc. He provided a very nice binder when finished. I have referred him to others.
