Miken Home Inspection Services No Longer In Business

Mike came to our home with his friendly attitude and big smile. My husband and I are non-handy people who have never lifted a hammer in our lives. We were overwhelmed and clueless when it comes to furnaces, roofs and GFI receptacles (-"what are those!?"). Mike walked us through our house, highlighted his observations and explained whether it was a concern or not. We learned a lot from Mike and his jokes kept us engaged! I would recommend Mike to all of my non-handy friends who need a seasoned professional to look after their new pride and joy - their homes!

Mike provides outstanding service. From first contact to final report, Mike provided detailed information that assisted me to buy the century home of my dreams. His pre-purchase inspection of my home outlined a series of challenges that I would face outlined as short, medium and long priority.
