Not only did he meticulously examine every aspect of the home, but he also provided expert knowledge on home renovations, including cost estimates for various repairs that might be needed over the years. He informed me of expected expenses for fixing different issues within the home. Despite a tight time constraint, Chris managed to complete the inspection the same day.
