Plumber On Demand

Unfortunately we had a leak from our shower that went through to our living room ceiling. We called Plumber On Demand immediately as it was late in the day on a Friday. The plumber came, made cuts in our ceiling as well as behind the shower and was still not able to diagnose the problem. I would like to add that he did not even test the shower diverter which is where the problem was. We essentially paid him to cut holes in our drywall. The next day we got another plumber who was able to diagnose the problem immediately and fix it. We do not recommend this company at all.

NEVER ever use this company. I had a sewage backup emergency in the basement and found this company through Google search. They used the snake machine for like 10 minutes and told me problem is solved, and charged me $1000, and tricked me into using their cleaning services. Less than three weeks later, the sewage backup came back again from the same place. I called and they said it is not their problem - they said they did a good job as a result I had no problems for three weeks, and if I want them to come and take a look, I have to pay extra. And their manager is not available to talk to me until two days later. The guy who was nice on the phone earlier all of a sudden became rude and told me to leave whatever review I like and cursed. I had to call another plumber to come in and only cost $300 and 30 minutes for him to solve the problem. He said obviously the snake machine did not go deep enough last time.
Later on as I read more bad reviews for this business, I realized they may intentionally do half-way jobs so that you need to call them again to make more money from you. What an evil company. How could companies with so many bad reviews survive in the Oakville/Missisauga? Boycott Plumber On Demand.
Additional update - their manager finally called a week after my call - I always think nice of people and was expecting an apology, but here are his exact words: "we are NOT responsible for anything even if the same plumbing problem happens again within 24 hour of our service". He then push me to give him the name of the company that I used to solve the problem for just $300, which I refused to. At the end he threatened to send me a big bill for the cleaning services, which they promised earlier no additional cost from my end after obtaining my insurance information. This company just simply has no credibility at all. Considering the stress everyone has under covid-19 lockdown, what they did is even more irritating and unacceptable. Never ever use this company.

On time and charged me exactly what they said before coming to the property. Did work above and beyond what I expected and cleaned up. They explained everything clearly, and were just overall really helpful.

Would highly recommend them.
