WOW! What an amazing company. My fridge broke down and basically searched on google who to call. I wish RTC showed up as the first on my list but sometimes you need to know what is out there so you can appreciate those who stand out as great companies. I spoke to Tom. Like the other companies they were busy and couldn't fit me in but Unlike all the other companies, Tom was educated and skilled. Although he wasn't able to send a tech but he just didn't stop there. He tried to troubleshoot with me over the phone. He told me he will do his best to find me a time sooner and he held true to his words. His technician, Justin, came and he was such an amazing professional and skilled person. He was social and very respectful. He wore his face mask the entire time. He asked for permission to sit on our dinning chair to write up the invoice which I found so respectful. I feel while the market is favorable to those who are in repair business, they didn't see themselves as being in control but really wanted to provide the best service to their community. I am more than glad for anyone to contact me directly and I will only have good things to say about RTC.

RTC, thank you for doing what you do for us Canadians. Words can't express how thankful I am for your amazing service.

I called them twice and had them come back again as the fridge was making the same noise again. I thought the part they had installed failed. Justin felt confident that it wasn't the part and it was a bigger issue. Despite his confidence, he still came and looked at my fridge. Keep in mind that RTC is very busy! He didn't charge me for the two additional runs even though I was willing to pay. On his way out, he saw a rubber gasket which he recognized belonged to my dishwasher and quickly fixed it.

The type of service this company provides, is one which I don't see anymore. I am so thankful to have gotten to know Justin, a man with integrity.

RTC is "Your trusted name in appliance service and repair".

Appliance Repair Service is very bad. They charged $310 and did not repair our refrigerator.. When we called again they did not come out to look.
Another company came. This was RTC. They are very capable, polite. And came a second time at no extra charge. Lee came the first time. He changed details, spent one hour, but charged only for 1 / 2 hour.
Next we called, brother Justin came on Saturday ( not their usual working day ). Fixed the problem at no charge..
Our refrigerator is GE, made in 1988, is now working fine.
We are limited in dimensions, since our kitchen cabinets do not allow
a new higher refrigerator, which are made to last only 10 years.

Had appliance repaired fixed working fine Lee assured me he did all he could to get parts from GE I have purchased GE for a long time will reconsider my next purchase

Exceptional service. Know their stuff. Perfect. Highly recommend. Very polite and worked extra long to get to me as they had a really busy day.

They went the extra mile to fix our fridge. Wasn’t an easy solution but they didn’t give up. Don’t buy kitchen aid. They saved our fridge. Creative thinking is their strength. Thanks Rob.

I would highly recommend this company. My gas range wasn't maintaining the temperature. I was given an appointment right away. Justin arrived when he said. Very professional, knowledgable and efficient. Quickly identified the problem, had the part with him and fixed the oven. The price was very reasonable. He also noticed a hinge that was broken and has ordered that part for me as well.
I rarely write reviews, but felt that this company is worth recommending.

My dryer wasn't heating and after reading reviews of several companies I chose RTC Appliances. The repairman arrived within the promised time-frame, diagnosed and corrected the problem, and gave me useful maintenance advice. I was very pleased with the service.

This is the second time I have dealt with RTC. The service I received from RTC is exceptional. Justin arrived promptly and was courteous and polite. His quickly assessed the problem and repaired it with no issues. I would highly recommend RTC for any of you appliance needs.

Drain hose couldn't reach sink. On invoice technician wrote "drain extension required.Return with parts." Was charged for the hour, then called back saying won't do it ( for liability) Unsatisfactory
