Slava and his team were amazing! This was the first major project we have done in our home and they transformed our kids bathroom to something that is modern and functional. The project took two weeks and Slava was always available to discuss changes or options. He stayed on budget and made sure that his team was there everyday to get the work done. They cleaned up after the work was complete and I highly recommend Slava and his team to anyone looking to renovate their home.

Slava was great to work with, always responsive, and great with solutions, staying on budget, and listening to us. We bought a house, and decided to do water proofing and have them re-pour the concrete floor. This meant the basement had to be gutted. I didn't expect it to be so hard to find someone to rebuild only what we wanted to do. Everyone was only interested in doing everything as a package which included a bunch of stuff I didn't want. I got in touch with Slava because I saw a bunch of reviews that specifically said how he easy to work with in only doing the work that was asked. So when I said we want to put walls back up, and rebuild the bathroom that was taken out with the addition of a shower there was no pressure to do anything else. Slava offered suggestions when things came up as they do with any project, but these were always really useful. He suggested rerouting some ducting to get height in the new shower (which our HVAC contractor did).Since we'll eventually replace our windows, so he made it easy to remove the inserts... Knew we eventually wanted to redo parts of the kitchen and upstairs bath, so suggesting running some of the plumping through the basement now to make it easier to do later. He figured out how to make it so we could get our standard appliances into the basement (saving us from buying new, smaller ones), etc. So a couple of additions, but also knew we were on a budget and so was not fused about something like putting the floor down (I can handle that). I think he was only surprised we didn't want them to put a ceiling up (I use the basement in part as a studio/recording space, and have a plan which doesn't work with a drywall ceiling). All pricing was transparent, and provided all receipts for materials that he arranged, or had us go pick out what we liked and brought it back.

Slava was very responsive to all my questions. He does not try to sell more work, fair price for your needs. He gets the job done right and provides good practical recommendations. I will work with him and his team for other home improvement projects.

Slava and his team did a great job. They we able to start quickly. Worked in a professional manner. Charged a fair price. They fixed both my neighbours and my porch (semi detached house).

I hired Slava and his team to install steel beams a few weeks ago. Quotation was provided super fast and it was reasonably priced. The project was done in a timely manner as discussed. Overall I am satisfied with the result.

We had used Slava and his crew previously for smaller scale carpentry projects, but were in need of a framer for our latest laneway project. Slava kept to budget, was always efficient with his time and helped us out with other things that came up while working on the project. Slava helped us with a complete gut job of our century home back in 2018. He was always very responsive to our questions and patient with us (we had a lot of questions). His pricing is transparent and he never over charged for his work - he was always up front with his costs.

When we had issues that needed to be addressed he was responsive and addressed them right away. Our architect had a lot of great things to say about Slava in particular about his framing skills. He is a master framer and handled framing our completed century home with ease.
